Dr. Marks truly enjoys medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. She has special interests in treating acne, psoriasis, and skin cancer as well as performing surgery and laser treatments.

Dr. Kennedy enjoys treating patients with various skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, warts, infections, moles, skin cancers, and more. She also enjoys offering the latest procedures and techniques in cosmetic dermatology.

Mary Beth joined Inverness Dermatology & Laser as a provider in 2010. She is experienced in medical dermatology and works closely with our team of physicians in treating acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and mollusum.

Upon completion of her doctoral degree in 2019, as a reflection of her excellent work ethic and clinic skills, Alison was recruited to join the care team at Inverness Dermatology as a nurse practitioner. Alison works closely alongside our doctors to assist in patient care and procedures. She enjoys both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with a special interest in microneedling procedures.

Marena Windle is a certified physician assistant. She obtained her undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to work as a research assistant with the Department of Hematology/Oncology in Bone Marrow Transplant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Comprehensive Cancer Center. She then completed her masters of physician assistant studies at UAB in 2020.

Kathryn, also known as “Kat,” is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Originally from Birmingham, she graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Human Environmental Sciences before wcompleting her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2021. Kathryn has experience in general and cosmetic dermatology, lasers, and assisting in Mohs procedures.
