If used as directed with other sun protection measures, it decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun. Water resistant (80 minutes) and non-comedogenic (won't clog pores).

Now reformulated for improved performance with only one active ingredient (zinc oxide). Mineral sunscreen (also known as physical sunscreen) does not contain sensitizing chemical sunscreens. Water-resistant (80 minutes). No botanical extracts or essential oils. Oxybenzone and octinoxate-free sunscreen. Non-greasy and non-comedogenic (won't clog pores). Gluten-free and dermatologist tested.
Sun Protection Measures
Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease the risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
- limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses
When Vanicream™ Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ is used as directed with other sun-protective measures, it helps provide protection from the sun’s harmful rays (UVA and UVB) and decreases the risk of skin cancer and aging.
